Besides having the catchiest intro song ever written, Comedy Bang! Bang! is one of the funniest podcasts out there. Hosted by Scott Aukerman, the show features “conversation, music, improv, games, and most importantly plugs.”

The guests read like a Who’s Who of Comedy: Zach Galafianakis, David Cross, Patton Oswalt, Sarah Silverman, Aziz Ansari, Michael Ian Black, Matt Besser, Jason Mantzoukas… hell, they’re probably working on a Steve Allen hologram as I type this.

I especially enjoyed listening to Bob Odenkirk; that guy could make the Arby’s menu sound fascinating.

After 100-plus episodes, Comedy Bang! Bang! was greenlit to be made into a TV show. It’ll be a hybrid of  interviews, improv and sketch, or as Aukerman calls it, “skitcherview.”
